Elizabeth has been married to Rob since the turn of the century and together they have welcomed five children into this world, making their home in Ontario, Canada.  When not coordinating life for her small army, Elizabeth enjoys spending her free time outdoors. To accommodate a love of reading in her busy life, Elizabeth enjoys listening to audiobooks, and nothing thrills her heart more than a great story.

Elizabeth has always enjoyed writing, explaining life in a captivating and humourous way. Historical fiction has been a favourite genre of Elizabeth, and in writing she feels honoured to be giving a voice to those who have gone before, convinced of a similarity in human nature that defies time. In her early writing days, she wrote short stories that were integrated into a family newsletter called The Pickwick Weekly.
